The Bridge-to-Success Program is a turn-key fundraising program for your organization to raise essential cash.
The challenge of traditional fundraising is that it takes a tremendous amount of time to plan, organize, and execute (and of course clean up). Let’s face it, between work and family obligations many of us are stretched too thin as it is , and the last thing we want to hear after a successful event is "lets get started for next year".
Our Bridge-to-Success Program allows your membership to have a steady flow of cash each and every month, without any additional work on your organization’s part. Who’s eligible?
Non-profit organizations, clubs, food pantries, shelters, churches...really any organization that works for the greater good. How does Bridges-to-Success work?
Maximum Results Realty will provide your members with donation cards that have a space where they can write the name of your organization and the members name (friends and family are welcome to participate as well).
All you need to do is hand out these donation cards to potential home buyers and sellers. They should present the coupon when they hire us to help them buy or sell a home. Once their transaction closes, Maximum Results Realty will automatically send your organization a $250 check acknowledging the referring member. It’s that simple! How Much Money Can we Earn?
The income potential through our program is limitless. The more your organization gets the word out, the more opportunities you have to earn donations.
For example: Your organization’s members hand out 4 coupons to home buyers and sellers who hire us. When their transactions close, your organization will receive $1,000. For 6 home buyers or sellers it would be $1500. See how easy it is?
Where else could your organization raise that amount of money without any additional work on your part? How do we get started?
Getting started is simple! Just hand out the donation cards to as many people as you can. Briefly explain the program to them.
We recommend that you link your organization’s website to ours, and we will do the same, so that new members can learn about the program. And remember, stay motivated - it may take about 6 to 9 weeks to begin seeing the donations roll in.
